75 gm butter softened
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp tomato puree
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt
freshly ground black pepper
4 x loin of lamb chops
3 tbl vegetable oil
1 tbl red wine vinegar
4 sm courgettes cut into 2cm slices
100 gm small button mushrooms
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat together the butter paprika tomato puree Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper.

Use half of this to spread on both sides of the chops.

Shape the remainder into 8 pats and chill.

Mix together the oil and vinegar add plenty of salt and pepper and toss the courgettes mushrooms and green pepper in this dressing.

Drain the vegetables and thread them on to 4 small skewers.

Cook the chops under a preheated hot grill for 1 minute on each side.

Reduce the heat to moderately hot and place the kebabs under the grill.

Cook for 56 minutes turning the chops and skewers once and basting the kebabs with the remaining oil and vinegar.

Serve the chops each with 2 pats of paprika butter.
