600 gm lamb cutlets, (approx)
----------------- GLAZE ----------------
1 pkt MAGGI Brown Onion Gravy Mix
1/2 cup water
1/4 x sherry
1/4 cup fruit chutney
2 tbl soy sauce
1 x garlic clove, crushed
1 tbl brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the cutlets over a preheated barbecue or under a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked.

Turn once.

While the cutlets are cooking, prepare the glaze. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.

Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer over a low heat for 1 minute.

Stir occasionally. Spoon the glaze over the cutlets.

Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad or vegetables.
