Instructions: Peel onion and cut into 2.5cm squares. Seed capsicum and do likewise.
Cut the lamb into 2.5cm cubes and place in a bowl with onion, capsicum and all the marinade ingredients and mix well to coat. Leave to sit for at least 2 hours. Thread the meat, onion and capsicum onto wooden or steel skewers and cook in a hot pan or on the bbq for about 10 minutes (depending on how you like your meat cooked). Turn and baste the lamb with marinade as they cook. Serve with rice. Email this Recipe:
