Ingredients:

8 oz Plain yogurt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Allspice
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 cl Garlic, minced
2 tbl Fresh mint, chopped
1 tsp Lemon peel, grated
1 tsp Honey
8 x Lamb loin chops, 1 1/4-inch
Instructions:
Instructions: In a bowl stir together yogurt, cinnamon, allspice, salt and cayenne. Add garlic, mint, lemon peel and honey and blend well. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.

Trim lamb chops. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes on each side, to medium doneness. Pour yogurt sauce evenly over all.

Makes about 4 servings.
