Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 lb Lamb breast, boned and cubed
3 tbl Butter
3 x Onions, cut in half
1/4 tsp Salt or more to taste
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 cup Raw rice
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute lamb in butter for 5 minutes. Add onions, slt and peppers, stirring until very brown. Add water and rice. Mix. Cover. Bake at 300 deg for 2 hours. 6-8 servings.
