Instructions: In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add 1/2 of the wine. Bring to a boil and add the garlic and onion, saute for 5 minutes. Add the lamb and saute for 6 minutes. Add the remaining wine and asparagus.
Cook covered for 5 to 8 minutes until lamb is tender. Add pepper and salt to taste. This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3 ounces. Comments: With asparagus joining fresh lamb in this recipe all you need now is a bed of daffodils and you know it is spring. Email this Recipe:
