750 gm lean lamb mince
1 tsp chilli sauce, (1 to 2)
2/3 cup finely chopped macadamias
1 x clove garlic, crushed
1 x onion, finely chopped
3 tbl finely chopped mint
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 x egg
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Divide mixture into 6-8 patties, depending on size of bread rolls. Wet hands with water and shape the mixture into patties. Place on a tray, cover, and rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Note: These patties can also be shaped like a thin sausage and when cooked, rolled in pita bread.
