2 lb lamb stew meat
2 x tomatoes
1 x summer squash
1 x zucchini
2 med potatoes - (to 3)
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup chopped onions
2 tsp salt
1 x garlic clove crushed
1/2 tsp thyme leaves
1 x bay leave
2 cup chicken stockn
2 tbl butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel, seed, and chop tomatoes. Slice summer squash and zucchini. Dice the potatoes.

Place lamb and vegetables in crockpot. Mix salt, garlic, thyme, and bay leaf into stock; pour over lamb and vegetables. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours. (Dont peek. Lifting the lid prolongs cooking time.)

Turn to HIGH. Blend flour and butter, then shape into small balls. Drop into stew and cook, stirring several times, until thickened.

Serve over hot noodles or rice.
