Instructions: Mix the lamb with all the other ingredients except the oil and apricots.
Reserve for 30 minutes. Remove the lamb from the marinade Heat the oil in a heavy pan and add the lamb. Stir until well browned. Add the marinade cover and cook for 15 minutes on a low heat adding a little water as necessary. Add the apncots cover and cook until the meat is done. Serve hot with any crisp roti or vegetable pulao. This is a specialiq of the Parsee community and one that is served on many special days. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
