Instructions: Place lamb in a dish. In a bowl, mix together cornstarch, sugar and sesame oil and stir into lamb until well coated. Let stand 30 minutes.
In a wok, heat peanut oil, add lamb and stir-fry 2 minutes. Remove lamb from wok and keep warm. Add broccoli, mushrooms, green onions and garlic and stir-fry about 5 minutes until broccoli is just tender. Stir in rice wine or dry sherry, soy sauce, lamb and cilantro.
