Instructions: Fry the onion, chopped pepper and garlic in the olive oil on a slow flame until they are golden. Add the peeled chopped tomatoes and fry on a medium flame until soft. Add the lamb. Stir gently and add the cumin, nutmeg, saffron, paprika and the sherry. Cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
Add the vinegar and the honey. Cook gently adding a little water if the lamb is not tender enough. Five minutes before the end add the brandy. Leave to rest for half an hour making sure it does not get cold. View more recipes at Email this Recipe:
