Ingredients:

32 oz Sauerkraut bag or canned
1 med Tomato raw
1 med Onion
1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
1 cup Wine table, white
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 tbl All purpose flour
5 x Chinese black mushrooms
Instructions:
Instructions: Soak the dries mushrooms in water. Open kraut and wash with water and drain. Chop up the onion and tomato. Saute the mushrooms and remove from pan. Saute the onions until soft. Add all the rest of the ingredients.

Stir well and lower the heat. Cover and cook for 1/2 hour stirring occasionally.
