1 tbl olive oil
1 x onion
350 gm minced meat
1 x 600 milliliter jar prepared tomato pasta sauce
1 x 240 gram packet instant lasagne sheets
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 180c.

2. Chop the onion as finely as possible.

3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the minced meat. Stir well to mix the meat and onions. Keep cooking until the meat looks brown.

4. Add the tomato sauce and simmer (a gentle boil) for 15 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, find a rectangular or square lasagne or casserole dish.

6. Place a big spoonful of sauce on the bottom of the dish.

7. Top with some lasagne sheets, put them next to each other, not over- lapping. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over.

8. Layer more tomato sauce then more lasagne sheets and cheese. Repeat the layers of lasagne sheets, tomato sauce and cheese until they are all used up.

Finish with some parmesan cheese.

10. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Take out of the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
