8 tbl Cumin Powder
8 tbl Chili Powder
4 tbl Coriander -- powder
2 tbl Cinnamon -- ground
4 tbl Brown Sugar
4 tbl Salt
2 tbl Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a pint sized jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well to blend seasonings thoroughly. Label. Store covered at room temperature up to one year.

Makes enough to coat 4 slabs of pork back ribs.
