2 x Jalapeno peppers
1 lb Ground beef
1 x Egg
1/2 cup Dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
1 sm Onion (about 1/4 cup) finely chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 400F. Remove stems, seeds and membranes from peppers; chop peppers. Mix peppers, beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased pan, 13x9x2-inches. Cook uncovered in oven until brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with salsa.
