Instructions: Mix the potato and laverbread.
Heat the oil add the vegetables or bacon taste then leave to chill for 1 hour. When the mixture is firm enough to handle shape into six sausage shaped croquettes. Roll the croquettes in the flour then dip in beaten egg and liberally coat in dried breadcrumbs. Chill until ready to cook then shallow fry in hot bacon fat or oil until golden on all sides.
