1 head	lettuce, torn in bite size
1 cup	celery, chopped
4 x	hard boiled eggs, diced
1 pkt	frozen peas, cooked
1/2 cup	green bell pepper, diced
1 x	sweet onion
8 slc	bacon, fried and diced
1 cup	mayonnaise
1 cup	Miracle Whip
4 oz	cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions:

Instructions: Layer in a 9x12-inch dish the first seven ingredients. Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip salad dressing with sugar. Spread on top as frosting. Top with cheese, cover and refrigerate 8-12 hours. At serving time garnish with additional bacon and parsley if desired.
