Instructions: Chilies, and 1/4 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers 3 more times ending with last tortilla on top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F, for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes, then place on warm serving plate. Cut in wedges, serve with taco sauce or salsa and raw vegetable crudites for lunch, or with Mexican rice for a supper dish.
