Instructions: Bring to a boiling point the water, cocoa and margarine. Add sugar and flour; mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and soda; stir mixture. Do no use electric mixer. Mix well and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Bake in greased oblong pan. Frost with the following frosting.

Frosting Directions: Bring milk, cocoa and margarine to boiling. Remove from heat, and add the rest of the frosting ingredients. Mix well and pour on cake.
