1 pkt	Dehydrated onion soup
1 can	Mushroom soup, undiluted
8 oz	Jar sliced mushrooms

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients, put in casserole dish and bake 3 hours at 325 degrees F, covered. Serve with noodles or rice.
