Instructions: Put milk, sugar and curl of lemon zest in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
Strain into a freezer-proof container. Cover and freeze. When ready to serve, remove from freezer. Using a hand-held blender, beat frozen milk mixture to a creamy froth. Serve, sprinkled with powdered cinnamon and grated lemon zest, with cinnamon sticks for stirring. Email this Recipe:
