Instructions: Mix all together in a casserole dish and bake in a medium oven till the veggies are to the desired tenderness and the cheese is melted.
My family was not too thrilled about this until they tried it.......now they are always asking when were going to have it again. I suppose canned veggies would work.......but it wont taste as good as if you use fresh ones. I have never frozen it.....there is never any leftover to freeze...:-) Email this Recipe:
