Instructions: Usually i use the leftovers in salads or canned soups or sandwiches like Greek chicken in a pita with the cucumber sauce. I remember I tried shredding once on a cookie sheet; sprinkling with lemon and coarsely chopped garlic. Put that in an 400F for a few minutes and tossed that with angle hair, mushroom slices and baby spinach leaves. that was good: it changed the chickens original taste.
