Instructions: Brown ham lightly on both sides, remove, stir flour into drippings left in skillet, add soup, then slowly stir in milk, heat stirring until boiling, in 2 qt. casserole, arrange layers of ham, potatoes, carrots and onions until all are used, sprinkling vegetables with combined salt, pepper. Pour on soup mixture. Freeze until ready to use.Thaw and then bake COVERED for one hour, UNCOVER and bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
