1 pch	Nutmeg, grated
	----------------- DIP THE CAKES IN ----------------
	Flour, bread crumbs, or crushed cornflakes
	----------------- MELT IN A SKILLET ----------------

Instructions:

Instructions: Brown the cakes in the butter on one side, reverse them and brown the other side.
