3 cup Cottage Cheese lowfat
1/3 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
2 x Egg Whites
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tbl Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Lemon Peel Freshly Grated
1/4 cup Light Sour Cream
3 tbl Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven: 325

In food processor, combine egg whites, liquid egg substitute, sugar and=

vanilla. Process for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, lemon juice, lemon peel, cottage cheese, lite sour cream and flour. Process until smooth.

Spray
large (9") pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pie
plate and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Test with toothpick for doneness If toothpick comes out clean, it is done. Center will fall as
it cools. This is normal. Serve warm or cold. It is delicious either way.
