3 cup	Bread flour
1/4 cup	Sugar
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/4 cup	Butter, room temperature
3/4 cup	Milk, scalded
1 x	Egg + 1 yolk, room temp.
1/4 tsp	Lemon extract

Instructions: Place all ingredients into breadmaker pan in the order above, select white bread and push start.
