Ingredients:

1 x (1 1/2 pound) sirloin steak
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried whole oregano
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tbl lemon juice
1/2 tsp hot sauce
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup apricot brandy, heated
Lemon slice
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle both sides of steak with seasoned salt, pepper, and oregano. Melt butter in a heavy skillet; stir in lemon juice and hot sauce. Add steak, and cook over high heat, quickly browning each side. Reduce heat to medium, and cook steak 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness is almost reached. Remove from heat.

Pour Worcestershire sauce and heated brandy over steak; ignite. When flames die down, remove steak to serving plate; spoon sauce over steak. Serve immediately. Garnish with a lemon slice and parsley.

Yield: 2 servings.
