Instructions: Pare a strip around center of each potato, if desired. Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork-tender; drain well. In small saucepan, melt butter. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook until thoroughly heated. Place hot potatoes in serving dish; pour butter over potatoes.
