2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 tbl cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
grated rind (zest) and juice of 1 lemon
2 tbl butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add butter and hot water and cook until it starts to boil and thicken, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir well and serve warm over cake.
