Instructions: In small bowl, mix soup, milk, lemon juice and parsley. Set aside. Spray large non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Heat on Medium heat 1 minute. Add chicken and brown 5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet. Add mushrooms and onion to skillet, saute 2-3 minutes. Stir in soup mixture. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to Low and simmer, covered, 5-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pin in center.
