1/2 lb Small New Potatoes
2 tbl Butter or Margarine
1/2 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
1 tbl Lemon Juice
2 tsp Snipped Chives
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and return to a boil. Cook until tender, 20 to 25 minutes; drain and keep warm.

Heat remaining ingredients just to a boil. Put warm potatoes into a serving dish; pour lemon butter over potatoes.
