Instructions: Grill the marinated chicken (on skewers perhaps) if possible, or just broil or saute. Its great, its spicy, and even my kid loves it.
NOTES : My all time favorite healthy eating cookbooks, which have more I-really-do-make-the-actual-recipe recipes in them than anywhere are the cookbooks from Eating Well (the magazine, which I also too. One idea they have is to use bulgar wheat (soaked) added to ground beef. Now whenever I make hamburgers for the family, I take about 1/8 pound of ground beef for me and add about 1/4 cup soaked bulgar. I spice with onion and garlic powder.
