3 x	Limes, zest of
150 gm	Lemon juice
200 gm	Sugar
200 gm	Butter
100 gm	Whipped cream
200 gm	Beaten eggs

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix zest of limes, lemon juice, sugar and butter. Bring to the boil and add beaten eggs.

Put back on the heat to boil. Allow to cool and add whipped cream. Serve with crackline and garnish with fresh strawberries.
