Instructions: Mix together the butter, flour and nuts.
Bake at 375 degrees in 9x13-inch pan for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix together with beater cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip. Put this layer on top of crust. Let chill 15 min. Beat together till thickened the milk and pudding. Put on top of cream cheese layer. Chill 15 minutes. Top with rest of cool whip (use 9 oz. size cool whip). Sprinkle some nuts on top.
