3 tbl	Brown sugar
1/2 tsp	Ground ginger
1/2 tbl	Maple syrup
3 tbl	Butter or margarine
3 tbl	Lemon juice

Instructions: Add ingredients according to machine directions. I made a large loaf, Subtle flavor increase ginger.

NOTES : 12-27-94 Flour equivalent Large serves 10=3cups Medium serves 7 =2 1/2 cups Small serves 5 =2 cups cycle white, sweet; timer setting; light to medium
