Instructions: Boil the lemon grass in the water and simmer for 3 minutes
Add the teabags and take pan off the heat. Cover and allow to steep for 3 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste. Serve hot. Use fresh rather than dried lemon if possible. The tea is sure to refresh if served in the afternoon along with a savoury snack. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
