2 lb turkey breast - (to 3 lbs)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
2 tbl Dijon mustard
1/2 cup dry white wine
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all ingredients (turkey skin-side down) in crock pot and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours, basting turkey if possible.
