Instructions: Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes. Bake in a 9x13" pan at 350i for 35-40 minutes. While still hot, pierce with fork. Glaze with 2 cups powdered sugar, combined with the juice of 2 large lemons.

NOTE: this is one of the few things my mom ever learned to make (my dad taught me how to cook). I remember her making it in an angel food cake pan. If you do that youll need to increase the cooking time.

My husband says this isnt a better-than-sex-cake but it certainly rates as a better-than-heavy-petting-cake.

Try this in lime. Warning it is a really, really GREEN cake. For Christmas decorate the top with maraschino cherries. Even though it is very green, it is very, very good.
