1 tbl Fresh Rosemary snipped, or 1 t dry
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 tbl Lemon Juice
1 tbl White Wine or water
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Lemon Peel

Instructions:
Instructions: February 1994. I prepared these last night for dinner and everyone enjoyed them.

In a shallow dish, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes.

When ready to broil, oil broiler pan. Place chicken on prepared pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from broiler. Cook 8 to 10 minutes on one side, basting with marinade. Turn; continue cooking and basting 8 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear. 4 servings.

GRILLING DIRECTIONS:
Heat grill. Marinate chicken as directed. When ready to barbecue, oil grill rack. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes on one side, basting with marinade. Turn; continue cooking and basting 8 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
