Instructions: In a cruet or small jar, add the lemon juice to the oil and mix. Add the salt and pepper and drizzle over steamed vegetables.
Variation: Lemon Caper Sauce Make as above, but also add: 2 tsp. fresh Italian Parsley, finely chopped 2 tbsp. Capers 1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes Let flavors blend for 5 minutes before serving. Store unused oil in a tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to six months.
