Several green olives
Several slices celery
1 clv garlic, sliced very thin
1 x juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp /15ml extra virgin olive oil
Leaves stripped from 1 sprig lemon thyme
4 x very thin lemon slices
Instructions:
Instructions: Toss ingredients together in a glass or pottery bowl and let sit overnight.
