1 pkt Angel Hair pasta, (9 ounce)
1 tbl olive oil and deveined
1 x garlic clove, chopped
1 x lemon, zest of
1 x lemon, juice of
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
salt, to taste
1 lb large fresh shrimp, peeled
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, according to package directions. Drain and return to cooking pot. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the garlic and saute until soft, do not let brown! Add the lemon juice and broth and bring to a boil. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp are opaque, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low; add cream, cheese and lemon zest. Cook about 3 minutes to heat through, but do not boil. Taste and season with salt. Combine cream mixture with pasta and cilantro, toss to combine.

Serves 4.
