Instructions: Yesterday my husband and daughter went to Costco and while there picked up a great salmon filet. I seasoned it with Lemon/Pepper and a little garlic. Then I sauted it in a small amount of butter & canola oil. I had two pieces left over so I cooked them while we ate. I served last nights fish with fresh tomatoes from the garden, microd green beans and sour dough french bread. Tonight I made a salad with the leftover cooked fish. I used salad greens, cooked fish, & tomatoes. I made a dressing from mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Mortons Nature Seasonings, and a little garlic seasoning. The night before my dh brought home the salmon, I had made hot dogs & pork & beans, I guess he was trying to tell me how uninspired that dinner was, but what can you expect after 33 years of fixing dinner.
