Instructions: In a large skillet, combine all ingredients except salmon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Add salmon; cover and simmer 6 to 9 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork. With slotted spoon, remove salmon from liquid; place on serving platter. If desired, garnish with dill and additional lemon slices.
