1/4 tsp	yeast
3 cup	bread flour
1 tbl	lemon zest grated
1/2 tsp	poppy seeds
1 tsp	salt
2 tbl	sugar
4 tbl	nonfat dry milk powder
1 tbl	unsalted butter
1 cup	water
1 lrg	egg
1 tsp	lemon juice
	glaze:
2 tsp	unsalted butter softened
1 tsp	lemon zest grated
4 tbl	powdered sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Add all ingredients except those for glaze. Use basic cycle. While the bread is cooling to room temperature, make the glaze. Glaze cooled loaf of bread by drizzling glaze on top and sides of loaf. Let dry before slicing.
