Instructions: Sift together the first four ingredients. Grate lemon rind into flour.
Squeeze lemons into a separate small bowl. Whisk together lemon juice, eggs, milk and butter. Mix poppy seeds into dry ingredients. Pour liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just incorporated. Divide into 2 dozen greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown and spring back when touched. Email this Recipe:
