1/4 cup reduced Fat Bisquick Baking Mix
1 pkt sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix 4 Serving
1 pkt sugar-free lemon gelatin 4 Serving
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 tbl poppy seeds
2 x eggs slightly beaten or equivalent in egg substitute
1 ctn plain fat-free yogurt
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine biscuit mix, dry pudding mix, dry gelatin mix, poppy seeds and dry milk powder in a large bowl. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the egg mixture. Mix gently just to combine. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place on a wire rack to cool for l0 minutes. Remove from pan and continue cooling on rack.
