Instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; gradually stir in water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir about one-fourth of hot mixture into egg yolks; stir into remaining hot mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat; chill.
