1 tbl	Oil
2 tbl	Sugar
2 x	Lemon juice,from 2 lemons
6 tbl	Water

Instructions:

Instructions: Saute peel in oil add sugar juice of 2 lemons mix cornstarch with water and add to mixture cook over medium heat till smooth and thick this is excellent with chicken.
